By visiting or making use of our Website and the services offered through it, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, these Terms constitute an agreement between you (the “User”) and Vaultskin (“we”, “us”, “our”, “https://vaultskin.net/” or the “Website”) governing your access to, and use of, the Website and our services. This includes, in particular, the purchase and resale of Counter-Strike 2 (“CS2”) skins. If you are unwilling or unable to accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website or our services.

1. Eligibility and Agreement
To access or make purchases on the Website you must be at least 18 years of age, or otherwise have reached the age of legal majority in your place of residence. You may also be required to complete identity and age verification checks (KYC/ID verification). Providing inaccurate, false, or misleading information is strictly prohibited and you will be held fully responsible for any consequences of doing so.
By engaging with our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contractual relations.
If you are acting on behalf of a business, organisation, or other legal person, you represent that you have the requisite authority to commit that entity to these Terms.

2. Our Services
Vaultskin provides an online shop and trading environment for CS2 skins and related in-game items. Items purchased are delivered to the Steam account you connect with us, by way of Steam trade offers.
Once a purchase is finalised, the chosen digital item(s) will be sent to the Steam trade URL you supply. We do not design, alter, or create Valve or CS2 content. Our role is strictly limited to facilitating the resale and transfer of existing digital goods.

Vaultskin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Valve Corporation. Users are required to comply with all applicable Steam/Valve platform rules.

3. Account Registration
To place an order or use certain functions of the Website, you may be required to create an account.
You must ensure that all information you provide during registration and thereafter is accurate, up to date, and complete, and that you keep it properly maintained. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for any activity carried out through your account. You must inform us immediately if you become aware of unauthorised access or misuse of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account which breaches these Terms, or where fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper activity is detected.

4. Orders and Payment
By submitting an order, you agree to pay the full purchase price as displayed at checkout, together with any applicable taxes and charges.
We accept only those payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers. All transactions are subject to fraud monitoring by the acquiring bank and its payment partners.
Use of stolen, compromised, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the transaction and referral to law enforcement authorities.
Refunds, where granted, will only be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction. We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel orders — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, abusive activity, or obvious pricing errors.

5. Order Delivery
Once your payment has been confirmed, purchased items will be transferred to the Steam trade URL you provide, via Steam trade offer.
Delivery usually occurs within minutes but may, in some circumstances, take several hours.
Your obligations include:
● Supplying a valid and functioning Steam trade URL.
● Ensuring Steam Guard and Mobile Authenticator are correctly enabled if required.
● Keeping your Steam account in a trade-eligible condition (i.e. no bans, restrictions, or privacy settings blocking trades, and no active trade or region holds).
The Company and its payment partners shall not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or non-receipt of items caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to invalid trade links, user error, Steam platform restrictions, VAC or trade bans, region locks, or active trade holds.
Refunds shall not be issued in such cases.

6. Selling Items, Marketplace & Payouts
By offering items for sale on vaultskin.net you agree to the following conditions.
You must place each item in the correct category. We may review and, where necessary, reject listings that breach our rules or appear risky. Once a sale occurs, you must complete the transfer to our designated account as instructed. Failure to do so may result in restrictions on your account.
Payouts:
● Payouts may only be requested within the limits set out on the Website. Payout thresholds and limits may be adjusted at the sole discretion of Vault Skins or its payment partners without prior notice.
● Funds are released once the item has been successfully delivered.
● You must provide accurate payout details. Identity or compliance checks may be required before funds are issued, which can cause delays.
We may suspend, delay, or cancel payouts if fraud, chargebacks, or regulatory concerns are detected. All transactions are monitored in line with applicable laws.

7. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before payment is processed by contacting support immediately via support@vaultskin.net or Contact Us form.
Refunds or returns may be requested within 30 days of purchase by contacting our support team and providing the relevant order information.
Where a trade has not yet been completed, cancellation and refund may be possible following verification checks.
Once a digital item has been successfully delivered and accepted through Steam, no refunds will ordinarily be available, except where expressly required by law.
If the purchased item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise defective, users may request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as required under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content. Any such request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and supported by sufficient evidence (including screenshots or trade history). We reserve the right to investigate the circumstances of any refund or return request, and to grant or refuse such requests in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after confirmation of eligibility.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

8. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the Website and services, you agree that you will not:
● Use the Website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose (including money laundering or sanctions evasion).
● Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
● Attempt to compromise, interfere with, or disrupt the security, integrity, or operation of the Website.
● Employ bots, scrapers, or any automated tools to access, harvest, or interact with the Website without prior written consent.
● Engage in fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, chargeback abuse, or the resale of items obtained through fraudulent means.
● Resell, transfer, or distribute items outside the Vaultskin’s approved processes, or in any way that breaches the rules of Valve Corporation or the Steam platform.
Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or termination of your account, withholding of funds, reporting to relevant authorities, and other remedies available under law.

9. Intellectual Property
Valve, Steam, Counter-Strike, and related names or assets are the property of Valve Corporation. We make no claim of ownership or official partnership. Our role is limited to facilitating resale and delivery of existing digital items via Steam trade offers.
Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior consent.
All material made available through the Website is the exclusive property of vaultskin.net or its licensors, and is protected under intellectual property legislation in the United Kingdom and internationally.

10. Privacy & Data Use
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and safeguard personal information. By using the Website, you consent to the handling of your data as described therein.
You acknowledge that your personal information may be shared with us and our payment partners for purposes including identity checks, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering measures, and compliance with applicable regulations.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We endeavour to provide a reliable and secure service, but we cannot guarantee that the Website or services will operate without interruption, error, or fault.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Vault Skin nor its affiliates, officers, or agents shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Website or services, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, reputation, or business opportunity.
We accept no responsibility for disruptions, restrictions, or failures caused by third-party platforms (including Steam) which may affect access to or use of items purchased. Availability, compatibility, and market value of digital items may change at any time; no assurance is given regarding future usability or price.

12. Indemnity and Termination of Access
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless vaultskin.net, together with its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms; your breach of laws, regulations, or applicable platform rules; fraudulent or abusive transactions, chargebacks, or regulatory violations attributable to your activity; any misuse of the Website or services.
We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your account and access to the Website at any time, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or to our business. Your entitlement to use the Website and services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Payment-related disputes are further subject to the operating rules of the relevant payment providers.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes with us by contacting support.
