How do I sell my CS2 skins?
Log in with Steam, select the items you want to cash out, review the instant quote, confirm, and accept the trade in Steam. Your payout starts right after the item is delivered.
Do I need to log in with Steam?
Yes. We use official Steam sign-in to safely display your inventory and send trade offers. We never ask for your Steam password or Guard codes.
How fast will I get paid?
Most payouts arrive within 1–5 minutes after you accept the trade in Steam. Timing may vary by payout method or if Steam imposes a trade hold.
Which payout methods are available?

How do I know if my sale is completed?
After you accept the Steam trade, the order changes to “Completed” and your payout is triggered. You’ll see the status in your account (Orders/Trades) and get a confirmation with a transaction ID.
My payout didn’t arrive—what should I do?
Most payouts arrive within 1–5 minutes, but some methods take longer. First check your payout details, make sure the trade shows “Completed,” and verify your provider status. If it’s still missing, contact support with your transaction ID.
Are there any fees or limits on payouts?
No hidden fees. The payout amount you confirm already includes our fee. Providers may apply regional limits or minimums; you’ll see them during the payout step before you confirm.
What if I entered the wrong payout details?
If the payout is still pending, update your details and contact support—we’ll help correct it. If the payout has already been sent, we can’t recall it, but we’ll provide all transaction info so your provider can assist.
How do I start selling my CS2 skins?

How do I list several items at once?
Use bulk-selection in your inventory. Add multiple items to the sell list, check the total, and confirm in one trade. Fees and limits (if any) are shown before you confirm.
Can I cancel a sale or change the payout details?
Before confirming the Steam trade you can cancel or edit the payout method at any time. After the trade is completed, the payout is sent and can’t be recalled. If you made a mistake, contact support with your transaction ID—we’ll help as much as possible.
How can I report a problem or suggest a feature?
Open a support ticket from your account or write via the Contact page. Please include your transaction ID and screenshots if the issue is payment-related. We review feature suggestions regularly and publish updates in our changelog.
